Timothy M. Wogan, JD, CHC
Founder & Principal Advisor
Tim brings over 21 years of experience representing healthcare providers across the industry, both as an advisor and trial advocate. He holds an MHA from the Medical University of South Carolina and a JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Corporate Compliance from The George Washington University and is certified in Healthcare Corporate Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association.
Tim has served as Deputy General Counsel for an international medical device and electronic health records company with operations in more than 130 countries. His previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer, Global Privacy and Compliance Counsel, Risk and Litigation Counsel, and Data Protection Officer. He is well-versed in HIPAA/HITECH, GDPR, CCPA, the Federal Stored Communications Act, and other major global healthcare privacy regulations.
